On May 15th of 2019, Arburg partners up with Gura Group and opens its first technical center in Portugal.

In 2020, Gura Group acquires the injection tooling company ‘Moldes 2000’ with great plans for the future.

Moldes 2000 is a company dedicated to the manufacture of steel molds for plastic injection and die casting. It is located in Marinha Grande, the largest center of the mould industry in the country. It is a solid and dynamics company with proven evidence of its effectiveness and quality service. It possesses, above all, a vast know-how and values the proximity relationships and mutual trust with its customers. Moldes 2000 internal philosophy is to provide the best service, meeting the demands of the current market.
On March 2020, Gura Group acquires a well stablished and successful tooling company, thus, providing its customers with a wider and more complete service.
In January 2021, these brand new facilities will be the home to our team and know how.
An investment plan prepared as to a bet on the future and in response to our own and our customers’ technical quality standards, also ensuring increasingly competitive delivery times and results.
